Robert Baty is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.’s (C&W) Brokerage Services Group.  Working on a brokerage team with Grant Pruitt, Mike Wyatt and Bill McClung, Mr. Baty advises clients during office relocations and lease renewals.  This includes identifying and evaluating alternative office buildings, securing advantageous financial concession packages, municipal incentives, and negotiating lease documents.

As an acknowledgement of his strong work ethic and the productivity he brings to his clients, Mr. Baty was recognized with the 2009 Emerging Broker of the Year Award for C&W's Dallas office. He also received C&W's Dallas Office Deal of the Year Award for 2011 and 2009.  Mr. Baty’s team received the Dallas C&W’s Client Service Award six out of ten years given to the brokerage team receiving the highest client satisfaction responses.
